Is your mobile number up to date?

If you have provided the practice with a contact mobile number you will now receive an SMS message containing your appointment details. A further message is sent 48 hours before your appointment is due as a reminder.

If you change your telephone number it is important that you inform the practice to ensure that your records remain up to date, your SMS appointment confirmation message and reminder message will be sent to the telephone number we have recorded for you.

If you prefer not to receive SMS appointment confirmation or reminder messages please speak with the reception team who will be able to record this in your medical records.
